In our consultations with you regarding Estate Planning, we will have agreed to diarise documents, consultations or Wills reviews. On completion of those documents or Will, we will call to make sure all has been completed to your satisfaction and any next steps agreed.
Regarding a Mediation, the next steps will be agreed by you. You may not want to speak with us after the event, but if you do, we will agree at the time whether you would like a follow through call. We will send you a courtesy letter that hopes things have progressed well, leaving you free to contact us in reply, as you wish.
